Everything you need to know before booking — pricing, timing, damage concerns, and more. Still can't find what you need? Just call us.
How much does pressure washing cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the surface, the condition it's in, and which package you choose. We give free, upfront quotes — no guessing, no surprises. Text us a photo of your driveway or sidewalk at (501) 961-0788 and we'll give you a number fast. Most residential driveways are very affordable, and our Driveway + Walkway Bundle gives you the best value per square foot.
Do you charge extra for oil stains or heavy buildup?
For severe oil stains we apply a pre-treatment degreaser before washing, which adds a little time to the job. We'll always let you know upfront if your surface needs extra attention and whether that changes the price. No hidden fees after the fact.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit cards via a secure Stripe payment link we'll send you after the job is complete. No payment is required before we show up — we earn your trust first.
How long does a typical job take?
Most residential driveways take 1-2 hours from equipment setup to final rinse. Adding a full walkway and sidewalk cleaning might add another 30-60 minutes. We'll give you a realistic time window when we book your appointment.
Do you use hot or cold water?
We use professional-grade equipment with adjustable pressure and temperature settings. For general concrete cleaning, cold water at high pressure does an outstanding job. For heavy grease, oil stains, or organic growth, we'll apply hot water and detergent for deeper penetration. We'll use whatever method is best for your specific surface — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
What happens to all the dirty water?
Dirty runoff naturally flows into your yard, storm drain, or street depending on your property's grade. For jobs involving heavy chemicals (like oil degreaser), we take precautions to contain and minimize runoff. We follow responsible practices to protect your landscaping and surrounding surfaces.
Will you move my car or outdoor furniture?
We ask that you clear the driveway of vehicles and any loose items before we arrive. If you can't, let us know — we can work around most situations, though it may take a little longer.
Will pressure washing damage my concrete or pavers?
Not when done by professionals. We dial in the correct PSI and tip size for each surface type. Stamped concrete and pavers get a softer touch than plain poured concrete. Sealing work is never damaged by proper-pressure washing. We've cleaned hundreds of driveways without a single damage incident.
Is pressure washing safe around my plants and lawn?
We're careful around landscaping. For jobs using detergents, we wet down nearby plants before and after to dilute any overspray. We avoid directing direct pressure at roots or flower beds. Our goal is to clean your concrete, not damage anything green.
Are the cleaning chemicals harmful to pets or kids?
The detergents we use are biodegradable and safe once dry. We recommend keeping pets and kids off the surface until it's fully dry — typically 30-60 minutes depending on sun and temperature. We'll let you know when it's safe to walk on.
How soon can you come out?
We typically have same-week availability. We run a lean, local operation — so when you reach out, you're not dealing with a call center. Fill out the quote form, call, or text and we'll get you on the schedule fast. You'll hear from us the same day you contact us.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not necessarily. As long as we can access the driveway area and use your outdoor water spigot, we can complete the job while you're away. We'll walk you through all the details when we confirm your appointment — including what to leave unlocked and where the water connection is.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — no problem. Just let us know at least a few hours ahead of time and we'll find a new slot that works. We don't charge cancellation fees for reasonable notice.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
We stand behind our work 100%. If you're not satisfied after the job is done, tell us and we'll come back and make it right — no excuses, no arguments. Your satisfaction is how we grow our reputation in Central Arkansas.
